For example:- If you would like to order Merlo Coffee as well as some Take The Plunge Coffee - you will need to place 2 separate orders as the products will not be shipped from the same place. To make things more cost effective for you - how about trying a Merlo Blend one time then perhaps the next order you place - you could purchase Take The Plunge Coffee products or vice versa? Take The Plunge Coffee.com and Merlo are happy to refund, exchange or replace any coffee goods that are incorrectly described and are not what was ordered by you. Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange wrong ordered coffee or if you change your mind. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase as we may need to verify this.

Shipping Policy for Joebella Products
Orders with complete payment received by us before 12 midday (USA - PST), will be shipped within 2 business days. Back orders will be emailed to you. We ship via UPS ground service. Please provide a street/ home address as UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Take The Plunge Coffee.com nor Joebella Coffee are responsible for conditions beyond control for late delivery - such as severe weather, holidays - rushes etc. Please plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.

Take The Plunge Coffee.com, along with Joebella, strive to provide excellent Customer Service and we will endeavour to do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
If the Coffee you receive doesn not meet your expectations, we want to hear about it. To be eligibel to receiove store credit fro ytour purchase, you must notify us withing 12 days of the original order date - using the "Contact Us" form on our sitedirectly so I can contact the Roaster. A store credit for the price of the coffee is what we may send you.
If the coffee you've received is not what you'd ordered, or id it has arrived damaged, again you must notify us via our "contact us" form within 12 days of the original order date. If the package is damaged - you can return it diorectly to Joebella UNOPENED and in it's original shipping box.
